Factory Copilot is the interface employees use inside their workplace applications. AI agents are specialized capabilities that can analyze data, investigate issues and prepare task-specific recommendations. Employees can access them through Copilot, subject to their permissions.
Can agents connect to our existing ERP, MES or maintenance software?
Yes. Integration depends on your systems, available APIs or data access, and security requirements. We define approved connections and permissions as part of deployment.
Will company data be sent to external AI providers?
