ERP, finance and planning
Orders, product costs, bills of materials, purchasing, finance, warehouse and supply plans.
From SAP, Salesforce and HubSpot to factory machines, regional software and your own databases. Skill Focus connects your existing information to one private AI environment without replacing the systems you rely on.
Illustrative architecture. Connections and access controls are designed for each customer environment.
No two factories run the same stack. We work with your existing platforms, regional software, custom databases and legacy equipment through approved APIs, databases, file interfaces and industrial gateways.
Orders, product costs, bills of materials, purchasing, finance, warehouse and supply plans.
Sales opportunities, customer orders, service cases, commercial agreements and demand signals.
Production events, machine states, sensor readings, work orders, process parameters and maintenance history.
Quality inspections, defects, supplier data, stock, spare parts, shipping and procurement workflows.
Technical manuals, drawings, safety procedures, policies, contracts, training and knowledge bases.
Department structures, employee profiles, qualifications, access groups and approved identities.
Your company may rely on a local ERP, a decades-old production database or an application written only for your factory. We assess its available interfaces and design an appropriate connection without forcing you to replace it.
The platforms shown are integration examples. Available methods and scope depend on each system's interfaces, permissions and customer approval.
A user's company permissions apply throughout the entire AI workflow, not just the interface. Skill Focus is designed to check authorization before retrieving information, generating a Copilot answer or allowing an AI agent to use a connected tool.
An operator should never see confidential supplier contracts, HR records or financial reports simply because they asked an AI.
Connect company identities, departments and permissions. Every request is evaluated in the context of the requesting employee and the specific source.
Unauthorized documents and records are filtered before they reach the AI model. The assistant can cite only information the user is allowed to access.
Agent tools, data reads and write actions each have explicit permissions. Approval rules and checks apply before any action can be executed.
Access attempts, selected sources, AI responses and actions can be logged for security review and governance, according to your policies.

Authorization checked before retrieving source content.
Approved stored data and indexes can be encrypted under customer-controlled security policies.
Connections use protected channels and approved network paths.
Data is decrypted for processing only within an authorized environment when an approved request requires it.
Private inference can run without sending prompts or documents to public AI model APIs.
Connections to external cloud services, such as a cloud CRM, use explicitly approved network access. Local AI processing does not mean those external systems are physically inside your data center.
We start by understanding what each system holds, who can access it and how it can be connected. Then we build the approved data connections, test permissions and make the information available to your AI tools.
Review ERP, MES, CRM, documents, databases and equipment interfaces.
Agree on data scope, owners, roles, network boundaries and action permissions.
Configure APIs, databases, import jobs and industrial gateways as appropriate.
Validate, map and index relevant content. Keep each source's access rules.
Check data quality, source freshness, blocked access and agent permissions.
Monitor integrations and add systems as business requirements change.
Sometimes the data needed for a decision does not exist yet. We can help organize additional data collection with partner sensors, industrial cameras, controllers, edge gateways and other equipment, based on your operational and security requirements.
Collect equipment condition, temperature, vibration, machine states, product images or other approved measurements where they are missing.
We work with equipment partners and your OT team to choose suitable devices, network paths, data formats and safe connection methods.
A secure integration layer lets multiple AI capabilities use the same approved source information and identity policies, without having to connect everything again for each application.
Answers based on company information the employee can access.
Analyze approved information and use tools within defined permissions.
Tests scenarios using connected data, constraints and assumptions.
Coordinates permitted actions through compatible factory systems.
Yes, we assess custom and regional applications, including legacy databases. Integration methods depend on the interfaces available, data ownership and security requirements. Where standard APIs are missing, we can evaluate approved data exports or custom adapters.
The solution is designed to enforce the user's access rights during retrieval and before agent tool actions. Restricted source records are excluded from that user's AI context, not simply hidden after an answer is produced. Role mappings and negative-access tests are part of integration validation.
We design for encryption at rest and in transit, authorized processing in controlled infrastructure, identity-based access checks and audit logs. Actual controls are agreed with your security team and tested as part of the deployment.
These are examples of supported integration targets. We review each system's available APIs, account permissions, subscription requirements and approved network access to determine the right integration method. We do not require you to replace these tools.
We can assess the missing measurements and organize additional collection through partner sensors, cameras and industrial gateways where technically suitable. This work is coordinated with your operations and safety teams.
Our private deployment approach supports local AI inference without passing sensitive prompts or company documents to public AI model APIs. If you choose to connect external cloud business systems, those approved services necessarily involve their own network connections and data-sharing rules.
From global enterprise platforms to software written only for your factory, Skill Focus builds the secure connections that make your data useful for AI.
