Company's Standard Practice Technical Support ServicesThe technical support services shall include the following:
- Telephone and email support during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Company holidays.
- Assistance with product installation, configuration, and usage.
- Troubleshooting of product defects and errors.
- Bug fixes, patches, and updates as necessary.
- Access to online technical resources, including documentation and user forums.
ConfidentialityThe parties acknowledge that they may receive or have access to confidential information of the other party in the course of providing or receiving technical support services. The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it solely for the purposes of providing or receiving technical support services.
